Tweet of the Day: Bush gives Obama some socks

(CNN) - Former President George H.W. Bush, who's become known for his colorful socks, gifted President Barack Obama with a pair during his stop at the White House on Monday.

White House photographer Pete Souza captured the moment.

The 41st president and former first lady Barbara Bush were at their old stomping grounds Monday for the 5,000th award presentation for the Points of Light Foundation, a volunteer organization started under the former president's administration.
