Gamesmanship intensifies ahead of congressional recess

Washington (CNN) - As Congress leaves town for its August recess, President Barack Obama and congressional Republicans are trying to lay the groundwork for who will have the most leverage when they return to take up the issues of funding the federal government and raising the nation's borrowing limit.
Both sides say the stakes are high - that may be the only thing they agree on.

They were hired to do a job. With that job came a responsibility to do the right thing, even if it meant meeting each other half way. They took a pledge at the beginning of they're terms of office. This pledge has not been met, nor has it been thought of since they entered the chamber. They went to Washington, and were bought and sold. The buying and selling of them, entailed the buying and selling of you and me, We just didn't have any say so as to whom we were being sold to. Now they play games with each other, like it's a sport. Meanwhile we get to subsist, as opposed to being able to live. Do they care? They do not.
This is what the GOP has been reduced to? Our country is in trouble and these fools are practicing "Gamesmanship"?
Such Sportsmanship , getting ready for the big game ?
Gamesmanship really? That is all this administration knows. Got news this is not a game to everyone else. I for one think all trips and holidays should be canceled till some buismess is done. None of these fools should get paid for this mess they have allowed. Get it taken care of or go home for good!
Those house republican dont want to borrow no more money but democrat and obama do to pay there bill and debt they mush pay it hard to find out come of this
