N.J. law grants sick children access to edible medical marijuana

(CNN) - Ill children in New Jersey will be able to more easily access edible medical marijuana under a measure signed into law Tuesday by Gov. Chris Christie.

Qualifying minors in New Jersey will now have a wider variety of treatment options, and the new law will remove the limit on the number of marijuana strains that may be cultivated.

Better late than never. Millions suffer do to lack of access to marijuana as well as CBD/CBN/THC based medicines(which can actually replace chemo entirely for certain cancers). It's a crying shame it's taking so long, but the civil rights movement didn't happen overnight either. God willing progress will continue in the right direction.

If it helps, why not? Easing a persons pain, especially that being suffered by a child should be done. To hell with archaic laws.

If you (CNN) really want to see some outrageous ratings.. you guys should have a 1 hour debate during prime time.. Im talking a REAL debate... invite a panel of people that are well respected.. America is already having this debate why not put it on the center stage! Dr. Sanjay Gupta's numbers were so good because this is really an issue America cares about!
