Bill Clinton: Chelsea would be a better president 'over the long run'
(CNN) – Former President Bill Clinton thinks his wife would be a better president right now but in the long term, it's all about his daughter Chelsea.
Clinton was responding to a question from CNN's Piers Morgan about who would be the better President, Hillary or Chelsea.
"Day after tomorrow, my wife because she's had more experience. Over the long run, Chelsea. She knows more than we do about everything," Clinton said.
"I feel like I'm going to school every day when we have conversations."
The full interview will air tonight at 9 p.m. ET on CNN's "Piers Morgan Live."
Chelsea Clinton has taken up a place at the heart of her family's foundation and not unlike her mother's playbook, has declined to give a definitive answer about any future political aspirations while still feeding into continuing media speculation.

As for the elder Clintons, President Barack Obama's informal "secretary of explaining stuff" once again deflected on another White House run by Hillary Clinton, who has nevertheless taken significant steps towards a 2016 run.
When asked about Hillary Clinton's seeming abundance of energy and political ideas after stepping down as Secretary of State and if he could put America out of its misery waiting for an announcement, Clinton said: "No. But, it should scream to you something else: real life is a healthier existence than politics."

Has this Chelsea person done anything other than profit from the advantages of her family?

Given her Smarts ,Common Sense and Empathy ,I think Michelle Obama would be a far better choice over all others

I am smileing right now as I see the beginning of Hillarys campaign and future congresswoman Chelsa! Its true Chelsa's understanding of politics& policies is more vast than Obama. I think its so perfect..its brillant way to define whats has prevaled in the current D.C. machine.
Chelsea has never worked a day in her life, and has been pampered since the day she was born. She has no idea what it is like to have to earn a living, and she has been protected form all of life's dangers by the secret service since daddy was elected.

Incredible that we've sunk so low that electing a President is just a popularity contest or a social experiment.
We have many brilliant people in our society but we choose people like Bush, Obama, and consider people like Hillary Clinton, Kerry, Palin, Romney, Edwards who are slobs who never did any work or anything that should qualify them for President.

Bill would love Chelsea to stay in "Camelot" and be an insider. If you're not in you are out in the real world where results matter. Inside Camelot it's a royal or rock star lifestyle where perception and contacts matter. No work is required in Camelot.

Chelsea is a real person. Realistically she would make a good president. Politically she would be a horrible one. I don't see her taking bribes to make decisions.
He was asked which would be a better president between the two choices, hiliary or Chelsea. Just because he answered the question doesn't mean she is even going to run or anything. He was only given two choice and answered it to his ability between the two choices. It was a opinion question and isn't fact, he stated his opinion.
