-because all these GOP thugs get free healthcare. I think we need two things here, one. We need term-Limits to congress/senate. Two. Let all these idiots pay for their healthcare just like any other ordinary American Citizen.

We've got a plan. We've had the plan for a long time. We've kept it to ourselves because it's too good for the other party to overcome the political backlash. That's what we'll hear from the republicans. What a bunch of losers.

Casey is correct. The GOP went from "Repeal and replace" (surprise, they lied!) to "screw you"!
All this made worse by the revelations that the new premiums are LOWER than anticipated, and yes in fact, it would cause our deficit to go up if the ACA were repealed.

So we are left to see if the GOP will follow through on their promise to shut down the government and crash the economy again.

    We need these idiots why?

As I have written several time the Affordable Care Act definitely has flaws. But did you notice Senator Chambliss did not actually list one or two of the Republican alternatives. The one the always talk about being part of their plan is the Health Care Accounts. The only problem with that is "IF" you have NO money left after you pay your basic living expenses, how do you establish one of these accounts? They other is allowing people to purchase insurance across state lines. This won't work because each state has different minimum requirements and regulations. To restructure this will be EXTREMELY difficult. So what else do they have to offer??? NOTHING I CAN RECALL.

Republicans know that buying insurance across state lines is not much of a plan. Sure you will get insurance for $10 a month, but if you get sick, they won't cover.the bill.

There has yet to be floated in Congress a Republican alternative to obamacare that could garner the support of a majority of Republicans. They have nothing. Saxbe Chambliss may have an idea – but so far it is just Saxbe's. So, no, the Republicans have nothing.

Not only does the GOP not have any plans for healthcare, they have no plans for anything other than cheating their way back into the White House. Once there, (just like people who buy houses they can't afford), they'll have no plans on how to maintain it and they're far too lazy for the upkeep (the American people). All they want to do is yell "we took America back"! And for once, they'll be right-they sure will have. Way back and most of us want no part of their Amerika.

Sure they do. Let the poor get sick and die. Problem solved. No unsavory types to deal with. That's all the poor, not just the blacks and hispanics.

The GOP has a plan , it's to postpone , delay and stop affordable healthcare to the American people.

Republican Sen. Saxby Chambliss couldn't even defend his own states record . The ninth highest state of people uninsured.

The GOP only has one plan...obstruction. Plain and simple plan but not what this country needs. If anyone believes the GOP is working for the americanpeople they need a cold shower to wake them up.

They have systematically lied and cried about ACA since the Dems produced the bill. They said:
    it was illegal -wrong
    It's unconstitutional – wrong again
It's bad for Americans – wrong again!
They have a better plan – lie! If they have one please produce it and make sure it not that 16 page PowerPoint document created on the fly as a media prop.

Why is healthcare coverage a bad thing? Denying Americans affordable access to healthcare is a good thing.

If the GOP had a plan, the time would have been to give it to Ted Cruz yesterday to explain to the country during his "Talkathon". Everyone knows the "Affordable Care Act" is not going to be defunded and the government is not going to shut down because of it either.

There are plenty of good reasons for the "Affordable Care Act". If Ted Cruz would look into it more, he would see some good in it. If he were or anyone in his family diagnosed with cancer or any life time illness that have no cures, at least now the insurance companies can't cut you off and stop paying for your treatments. Without this plan, they would all be cut off after they reach a certain dollar amount and then be responsible for paying for the rest of the care needed. This is why people ended up filing bankruptcy! God forbid, no one wants that to happen to anyone but he needs to open his eyes. If the "Affordable Care Act", is as bad as he's portraying it to be then why did the "Supreme Court" rule it "Constitutional"?? It protects everyone and it's needed!

They have had 3 years to offer an alternative. Can a repub tell me what their alternative is? The answer is, crickets.

The GOP wants has voted 42 Times to defund Obamacare but they offer nothing in return other that the Status Quo of a broken system. There's at least 80 Million people without Health Insurance if you include illegal immigrates which this group depends on the expensive ER and don't ever pay the bill leaving tax payers having to pay out Hundreds of Billions of Dollars a year.
