(CNN) - The Senate voted on Friday to overcome a filibuster led by Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas against a spending measure that would avoid a government shutdown next week, clearing the way for upcoming votes by Democrats to restore funding for Obamacare in the plan and send it back to the House.

I am shocked!! Not really.
The tGOP simply does not have the votes–quit destroying our economy with this tea nonsense.
Enough.
Republicans in the Senate and the House are moving and voting in opposite directions. The raucus caucus in the House needs to accept the fact that elections count. They don't seem to understand that holding the nations economy hostage and then blowing up the system is tantamount to treason.
Rapheal Cruz was called a fraud by his own party. Of course he failed.
Ticktock, Republicans!
This would be HILARIOUS if it wasn't so damned serious.
Cruz spent 21 hours lying to his supporters. When will they ever learn?
