All meetings come with some sort of baggage as thsoe engaged are trying to push their agenda.
Now here's the thing: Netenyahu is no dummy. He know which side his bread is buttered on.

Carrots and sticks will turn Iran aside from nuclear weaponization and even support for Hamas and other such groups. Iran wants those international sanctions lifted, and they appear willing to deal to make that happen eventually.
The Israelis have some legitimate concerns. We, as a fellow democratic country that follows the rule of law, should listen.
I hope this time he will not try to lecture the POTUS. A good friend always come to leverage his self interest in time of crises. One should remember he also appeared in the middle of our presidential election to steer up things. I am sure he will have a fan fair with his GOP sponsors to drill the chance for peace.
