"The two sides remain mired in their respective partisan postures"
Nope. Wrong. John Boehner refuses to bring a vote that will pass to the House floor.
There really isn't anything else to report.

when is the medias going to stop doing a disservice to the public by saying both parties are to blame.
It is not about showing you are neither left or right media. It is about facts
And the facts are the tea party republicans planned this and are responsible
This effort to not appear biased takes away from the truth of the story.
There is not plenty of blame to go around. This is all on the tea party republicans
come on cnn, you can do better

Sebilus admits that essentially 85% of Americans had good healthcare. So 8.5 people are now paying for 1.5 people in a big way, and every way. For some reason, the liberals have no problem with this. There was definitely a better way where repubs could have had some contribution to the ACA and it could have had a different result. The fact that they're not telling us how many have signed up is indicative of many things...most notably that they are clearly not getting as many people to sign up as they had hoped. Perhaps I'm wrong but it has to be a big red flag that not one official will give the answer to the simplest of questions: How many people have signed up?

Beacuse they aren't. Only one party ran in 2010 on creating a scenerio for a shutdown- the GOP. Here we are in 2013 with a shutdown- one that some on the Right cannot even figure out what they are holding out for. Donna- this is pure nihilistic idiocy. Admit it and move on- your party hates America.

it is because obamacare had nothing whatsoever to do with healthcare reform. it had to do with creating a massive new government entitlement program under the guise of healthcare reform. it had to do with sabotaging the current healthcare system to the point where people would beg the government to take it over and run it and wallah, you have the holy grail of the left, single payer government owned and run healthcare.
why do you think nobody was allowed to see what was in the bill until it was passed?
