Obama apologizes for health coverage cancellations due to Obamacare
(CNN) - President Barack Obama apologized on Thursday to Americans whose insurance plans are being canceled due to the federal health law he championed even though he said repeatedly they could keep their coverage if they liked.
"I am sorry that they are finding themselves in this situation based on assurances they got from me," he told NBC News in an exclusive interview.

Iran keeps it's nukes, Americans lose their health insurance. So goes the degradation of America in this Obamanation.
Americans should be on their knees thanking the president as he and the dems are the only ones thinking about middle america, folks with pre-existing conditions, folks who can not see a,de and folks who cannot afford health insur.
Bush and rumsfeld sent our sons and daughters to die in Iraq and NEVER apologized.

Still waiting on an apology from Bush and Cheney for taking the US to two wars that cost thousands of American lives and Trillions of dollars. I wont hold my breath.

Yet another thing that Obama and Bush have in common. After disasters they have praised the people that they put in charge.

It takes a big man to apologize. Never once did Bush apologize for his disasters.
I've had some sort of healthcare almost longer than Obama has been alive, then people hear a lie? Like people say, S O R R Y. D O N ' T. C U T I T !
At least the president apologized. Most of us are still waiting for any kind of an apology from the Bush Administration for the deaths and jobs lost as a result of their laziness.
The truth is, the president has a lot of issues to deal with (most of which were handed to him). Even with all the things he's handling, he took the time to speak to the American people instead of shrugging his shoulders and giving us his backside to form our own opinions and that says a lot to me. It also says he's the RIGHT person for the job in spite of the T-Publicans and their circus. As for the internet issues, they'll be resolved and his legacy will be a good one – one which gave millions the right to good affordable healthcare.

Apology not accepted. Your lie has cancelled my insurance, and similar coverage through the exchange costs me over $300.00 more per month. You knew you were lying and now over 4 million people face cancelled premiums. You should be ashamed.
You take food off working, already insured, peoples tables to pay for some tankards insurance he could care less about.
There are many reasons why the plans were dropped. I think that only some of them relate to the ACA.
The really dirt poor and needy? Need something better than this. We do not have 300 million dirt poor and needy.

During the shutdown we heard how the Affordable Care Act is "the law of the land". How is it then than the President can keep changing the law whenever it suits him?
