Supreme Court justices dismiss another Oklahoma law on abortion
Washington (CNN) - Oklahoma lost another round in its effort to restrict abortions when the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday declined to hear an appeal in a case that would force women seeking an abortion to have an ultrasound first.
The justices, without comment, refused to accept the state's appeal over HB 2780, which would require healthcare providers to perform an ultrasound scan before terminating a woman's pregnancy.

The point is to reduce the need for an Abortion , nobody wants to abort there child .

Sorry, they're fundamentally against that as well. You see, way back in the day, the church wanted more members to tithe and to compete more effectively with other religions for population share and control over the populace and influence over government. Follow the dogma brock road from there.

Actually, "Obamacare" forces what your ilk likes to preach: personal responsibility. Until such time as American doctors are permitted to ignore their hippocratic oath you and your ilk need to pay YOUR OWN DAMN medical bills!
@Tony D – wow... just wow....coming from a rwnj who parrots the right talking points, isn't even aware that ACA is a conservative plan DESIGNED to give Medicare funding to the insurance companies... the "unintended consequences" and "collateral damage" are the cancelled policies.. and no.. picking a healthcare plan (no matter how you dislike it) is not match for mandating vaginal-ultrasound "intrusion".
