Supreme Court to take up Obamacare contraception case

Washington (CNN) - The high-stakes fight over implementing parts of the troubled healthcare reform law will move to the U.S. Supreme Court in coming months, in a dispute involving coverage for contraceptives and "religious liberty."

The justices agreed on Tuesday to review provisions in the Affordable Care Act requiring employers of a certain size to offer insurance coverage for birth control and other reproductive health services without a co-pay.

The hobby lobby employees shouldn't be worried at all. No matter what they get to keep their plan. Right Obama?

@CJ "Hobby Lobby should win. If government telling us what is "in our best interest" is the right thing....."

So naturally you would be against the government telling us who we can marry (ex-DOMA) or what women can do with their own bodies (you must be a huge supporter of Row vs. Wade)......

I hope the Supreme Court calls the ACA what it is....rape. Rape of freedom of free speech and the taxpayers in this country who were lied to multiple times to pass a law that redistributes wealth to people who don't care enough to work for a living. I can't afford this turkey, can you?

@Aerosgrl "I'm honestly tired that Christians have to be tolerant of other religious groups but yet they are not tolerant of Christain views!"

#1 Tired of being tolerant. Get over it or move to Iran – you live in a country of tolerance of all religions, according to the Founders in 1776.
#2 Christianity is not oppressed – put up a cross on your front lawn – get back to us when the police come to tear it down. Just keep it off the 0.0000001% area in government buildings.
#3 Please tell me which religions are oppressing you. Are angry Buddist mobs protesting outside your church?

The question is: does hobby lobby give insurance to their employees to help get good employee's to work for them?
If " YES" then hobby lobby is WRONG. It is part of their pay and I can't believe that hobby lobby actual think that they can tell their employee's how to use their money they've earned!

We don't agree with your we will not pay for your broken arm. Why were you engaging in risky motorcycle riding behavior?
What you're having another kid? You should have known that we think you should only have 2 children. This is unconscionable and we cannot pay for it.
    Where does it stop?

    (warning: sarcasm ahead)
The difference is your opinion is evil. On the other hand, Radical Right-wing Christians have a more sacred opinion, a cleaner, holier view. The laws They want on the books will be Better than yours and better than all other religions. All religions will comply to the New Theocratic Order.

As for the taxes going toward abortions and contraceptives, you better believe that you are not using all of your financial resources to pay for someone else to have access. If you are giving anything at all it is a drop iin the bucket. Republicans are not the only people who pay taxes. Just ignorant period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vatican II says its allowed for things like reduction in Cancer
rates. endomitriosis, regulation of hormone cycles.. Birth COntrol
actually preserves fertility for many women..

    Lawful Therapeutic Means

    15. On the other hand, the Church does not consider at all illicit the use
of those therapeutic means necessary to cure bodily diseases, even if a
foreseeable impediment to procreation should result there from—provided such
impediment is not directly intended for any motive whatsoever. (19)

My "religious liberty" demands that women have the choice! No one should be aloud to pick what medical needs another person has.

WOW... So you support Obamacare which is doing EXACTLY what you just said... "picking what medical needs another person has." Self Contradiction in less than 23 words...
