Washington (CNN) - Congress is on pace to have its least productive year in modern history, earning a "do-nothing" label and adding another unwanted statistic to a body already facing chronically low approval ratings.
I'll be voting for the Democratic Party in 2014. The Republicans dont care about anyone but the Rich. They will never say yes to President Obama. The do nothing Gop.

Republicans should look in the mirror for blame...they voted for Tea Partiers who do not know how to compromise or govern.

Why don't we enforce the laws that are already on the books, instead of adding more. Bammy is sinking and trying to devert attention away from his biggest mess yet, Obamcantcure.

Congress has an approval rating of %5-9%.
A majority of Congress members are repubs/tea bags.
Therefore, if you want Congress to do more – and meaningful – work, then vote out all the repub/tea bags.

When the Dems refuse to compromise on anything, then you have an unworkable situation. Period.

Well theres NO "blame game".
We ALLLLLL know who vowed to make the Obama a "1 term President" by OBSTRUCTING any legislature he put forth.
We ALLLLLL know who bait and switched the "Jobs Jobs Jobs" campaign to a "No No No" reality.
We ALLLLLL know who spend over 40 times trying to overturn a law that was upheld by the Supreme Court.
We ALLLLLL know who spent hours reading "Green Eggs and Ham"
We ALLLLLL know who SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT, at a cost of 24 BILLION.
Its soooooo clear to Americans that I dont even have to write the answer.
Where is the "Great Uniter" who is supposed to "usher in an unprecedented era of cooperation"?
Oh wait... after 5 years of Hoax and Blame and getting $ billions in fundraising for the DNC instead if establishing the proper alliances... No wonder nothing gets done. Guess the "charn offensive" was another scam from Team Obama.
A real leader takes command, a charlatan points blame.

the so called "Blame" should be on the "Bonehead" – hopefully the voters will kick him back to Cincinnati in November 2014, so he can go back to mopping the floors in his brothers bar....(hate to be so hard on him, but everything he's done, came from his own hand)

At a time of national crisis we expect our elected officials to come together and lead. When the worse financial crisis of our time happened they did little or nothing to help those that were losing everything, or to help put America back to work. Yes, deficits matter, but so do our fellow citizens.

Given the House refuses to work in good faith with the Senate, this isn't a huge surprise. With Boehner beholden to the teapublicans, nothing will get done.

I don't believe they need to be branded (Do Nothing), they've been very successful in turning a once thriving economy/country into one of the biggest laughing stocks of the entire world. Education: Going nowhere. Jobs: Still nowhere. Wages: Stagnate, and have been so since the early eighties. Health care: You'd better not get sick because they just don't give a damn. Do nothing, is not what I'd call them. We'd be better off if they were non existent. Then the only people to suffer would be the wealthy and corporate America. Remember this when going to the polls next year.

I agreed with the House of Representatives when they tried to defund Obamacare. The House is being by-passed by the President on some issues and of course when the House does pass bills, the Senate lets them go dead when they arrive on Harry Reid's desk. The House is far from being a do-nothing group. The Senate is a majority of Democrats and that leaves the House in a tough position. The very worst thing going on at this time is the "Affordable Care Act" known as Obamacare. It is like a disease that has taken over the best healthcare system in the world here in America and is turning it into mud as the liberals defend and give false data and have statisticians guessing about numbers when our healthcare goes down the drain.
