Obama to talk Obamacare with young Americans
Washington (CNN) - President Barack Obama on Wednesday gets the chance to address younger Americans, a key demographic for the success of the health care exchanges set up under his signature reforms.
In remarks at a White House Youth Summit, Obama was expected to tout the benefits of the 2010 Affordable Care Act for young people, who often don't think they need health insurance.

Nothing wrong with obamacare. ACA is a Law. Period. USA needed for a long, long, long time. GOP garbage was bribed not to pass this needed Law. Now they bark like crazy dogs, bow,bow,bow.
Why should the young overpay for their healthcare coverage in order to pay for the old and sick? Aren't we already through the nose for their Medicare and Social Security? We don't have jobs because of Obama and because there are so many unemployed people out there, wages are dropping. And if all that wasn't enough, Obama has heaped $7 TRILLION in debt on my future to go along with my college loans.
At this point, i feel more like a government owned slave that it kept alive simply to provide my government with a steady stream of money. When do **I** get to enjoy or keep anything I have earned?
Nothing new. He has been painting lipstick on that pig since day one and its not any more attractive.

Useful, do your homework, then you can complain to those responsible, we needed insurance reform, way to many people going into bankruptcy over medical bills, sadly, many had health insurance which were called catastrophic plans, yet when catastrophe hits, your on your own, sorry, they rake in astronomical profits, and exodus any potential big payouts, this is a real problem, going broke over medical bills when you have insurance is unthinkable, yet here it is, you don't see a problem with that?
He better talk well; the Repubs. that hate him are encouraging the young folks NOT to do the responsible thing by getting Health Insurance. They are ENCOURAGING economic & moral irresponsibility among the next Generation of Americans to try & regain THEIR White House.

nothing changes here... except now the government is paying them many billions, probably trillions over the next decade. why do you think they signed onto this gravy train of forced insurance purchase? and if they cover unlimited amounts for unlimited people for an unlimited time, then that simply gets reflected in higher premiums, which is exactly what you now see. there is no free lunch.
and what happens when the premiums go so high nobody can afford them? oh yeah, the government takes it all over because the healthcare system is 'to big to fail'.
He's lost the youth – and he's not getting them back. They see right through him – finally.

Idi_ot yes! useful, no! Go look up what medicare is. You don't have jobs because the GOP controlled House refuses to pass meaningful jobs legislation (you'r eon your own.. much like their approach to healthcare). Obama HASN'T heaped $7T in debt on your future – Congress has! If you want Obama to own the increase in the debt then focus some blame on the real source – a predecessor with no spending limit credit card. Dubya DOUBLED the debt in 8 short yrs ($5.6T to $11.4T), started 2 UNFUNDED wars, implemented UNFUNDED Medicare Part D (rollout worse than ACA), UNFUNDED TARP bailout, UNFUNDED Tax cuts, left office with the country losing some 700,000 jobs a month and handed Obama a $1.47 TRILLION budget deficit ( approved Dec '08) on his first day in office.
Too bad ur college loan rates went up... thank the GOP.. You didn't learn much.. get educated.

So, the wages in the job you don't have are falling?
That is the battle though, isn't it....
Vote for the guy who will take some of your money in taxes and distribute over programs and services designed to help the less advantaged, which could be you (There but for the grace of God go I).
Or, Vote for the guy who will enact policy to take your money, give it to some rich guy who doesn't even need it, they all light cigars with 100 dollar bills and tell you how broken the government is.
Or, vote for the insane moron who has no chance of winning, but tom I thinks he is just the cat's meow!

Nothing says personal responsibility like food stamps, 99 week unemployment insurance and getting the govt to pony up for part of your health insurance.

You are right about it but it's frustrating when someone blatantly lies about me (that is hard not to take personally) and another questions your morality on a daily basis. Hey Cry Babies- I chose to live a life with less fear than you seem to have. BTW, I'm broke, so THEY can't get much from me.
If Obama had any bit of courage he would come clean and say the ACA is trash and would start fresh making the right improvments. However, the arrogance of this man continues to let the chaos roll on. Real leaders admit when they makes mistakes. smh.
