Poll: Economy still looms large over Christmas

(CNN) - While Americans may still deck the halls and stuff the stockings this Christmas, a new poll finds that the state of the economy is playing a major role in how Americans will celebrate it in 2013.

According to the CNN/ORC International poll, Americans plan to curtail their Christmas gift giving and charitable contributions due to economic concerns, while a sizable minority of Americans, 37%, report that the economy will make the Christmas holiday more stressful.

    Excuses, Excuses, Excuses!
You know nothings make every excuse in book for holiday sales being off but correct one. Less money! But old Gunderson wait till final Talley come after New Year. Have you looked car sales lately. Everybody have big discounts! Why? No money! Why that? No jobs! Go ahead. Insult hand feed you. Obama say everything Hunky Dory. You believe?
But Gundy- we have the richest in the world here. Executives are making record salaries, and we have the most billionaires and millionaires-ever, not to mention record corporate profits! Do you mean to say the GOP's Voodoo dribble-down economics don't work?

A lot of the statements made by right wingers on this post are juvenile not worth my response, but the gop ran on jobs in 2010, and created none, and they are the ones that are responsible for the damage to our economy.

According to Politifact, the fact free lying group, Obama was the biggest liar when insurance companies eliminated junk policies after Obama said they could keep them for another year. I have to give Politifact a "Pants on fire" for their shoddy journalism and their right wingnut bias.
