Zeroed out: Minority kids disproportionately impacted by zero-tolerance laws

(CNN) - A year ago, Kyle Thompson was a soft-spoken, 115 pound, football-playing freshman whose tug-of-war with a teacher over 'the hit list," a note about kids he wanted to tackle on the field, landed him in handcuffs and ultimately led to his expulsion.

He's still soft spoken, but after eight months on house arrest and self-imposed isolation from friends, he's grown.

What a bunch of rubbish. Grow up, do what you are told and stop acting like a victim. If you are an idiot, you will be punished. White, black, red whatever. So sick of this nonsense.

That's an Obama agenda that lies to all of America.........Obama doesn't want any blacks to be held accountable for their crimes!

This is nothing but black racism, against white America.

this article will have no sway with the GOP or it's members. If it is a minority it must be a liberal thing as far as they are concerned. and until they either change their minds or just fade away there will be no change .Eventually with better education the majority will win out and we are almost a majority now.
