Jeb Bush on 2016 decision: 'Can I do it joyfully?'
(CNN) - If Jeb Bush runs for President, it will be based on two things - his family and whether he can lift America's spirit.
"I don't wake up each day saying, 'what am I going to do today to make this decision?'" the former Florida governor told CNN affiliate WFOR in a suburb of Miami on Wednesday.

But he's not saying no, either – at least now anyway.
"I'm deferring the decision to the right time, which is later this year. And the decision will be based on 'can I do it joyfully' because I think we need to have candidates lift our spirits. It's a pretty pessimistic country right now. And, is it right for my family?" he said while touring a local school.
Bush hasn't denied an interesting running, sparking speculation that he's seriously considering a Republican candidacy.
Bush's mother, former First Lady Barbara Bush, however, seems to have already made up her mind.
She's expressed her opinion publicly in recent weeks that her son shouldn't follow in the footsteps of his brother and her husband and seek the White House.
Mrs. Bush says it's time to let other families have a chance.
"She promised me she wouldn't keep saying this," Jeb Bush said. "But she is 89 years old and if you have elderly parents or grandparents, you know they speak their mind. There is not much stopping between thinking and speaking. I love her."
Jeb Bush has taken his mother's opposition in stride, tweeting after her comments aired on C-SPAN earlier this month: "What date is Mother's Day this year? Asking for a friend."
Mrs. Bush, a family spokesman said, feels her comments have been misinterpreted – that she only means her family feels no sense of entitlement to the White House.
Jeb Bush's brother, George W. Bush, was the 43rd President and his father, George H.W. Bush, was the nation's 41st.

Yeah, just what will bring 'joy' to America, another Bush running us into the ground! and the sad part is there are actually some out there who think it would be a good thing.
Jeb wants to open the American embassy at the Vatican that he said Obama closed. He is clueless like his brother, but a lot of billionaires want him.
Maybe he should listen to his mother and not run. I don't think that we need another Bush as president no matter how much smarter than his brother.
I honestly believe that no matter how credible, articulate and well sorted Mr.J. Bush manages to appear, that the previous works of Mr. G.W. Bush will negate any chance he has to be a successful candidate… then there is the whole issue of just which GOP he would be running for. Another problem altogether.

The Bushes seem to have read the US Forefathers textbook on Pathway to the White House, and seem to know how to apply it. However, it equally seem to me they lost the " Chapter on Successful Tenor" ....... this makes it tragic.

Let's face it, both parties have baggage, but this is their biggest piece of it right here. I know I continue to be surprised at the ignorance of many, but this should be a no brainer. We all know both candidates are going to promise BS, so you have only to look on their voting records, and proposals they introduce. On the state level its most obvious, we need to get Republicans out of our government. The gop is trying to tell us Wisconsin is 7th in job creation, the real statistics put it 38th,,that kind of BS I can't stand, that guy is toxic for our workforce.

As of right now, he rates a double negative. It's been that way for some time. America doesn't know "Jeb". All that they know is "Bush". It's a little late in the program to start building up a "Jeb" image. Doing so would be too obvious, which would make it all less credible. Besides, mama wouldn't be pleased.
Jeb would make a much better president than Hillary.
