(CNN) - It was just a joke.
That's what Hillary Clinton's spokesman tells CNN about a tweet from the former Secretary of State that's been re-tweeted more than 53,000 times as of Monday morning.

"It’s so much more fun to watch FOX when it’s someone else being blitzed & sacked! #SuperBowl," Clinton tweeted Sunday evening during FOX's coverage of the Super Bowl.
The tweet from the likely 2016 Democratic presidential contender came just a few hours after President Barack Obama and Fox News Channel host Bill O'Reilly battled in a contentious interview on the FOX broadcast network's pre-Super Bowl show over many issues, including the September 2012 killing of the U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other Americans in an attack in Benghazi, Libya.
Obama defends against GOP criticism in testy interview
Many Republicans, including some conservative commentators on Fox News, have criticized Clinton heavily over the attack and its aftermath, which came during her watch as secretary of state.
But Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill told CNN that the tweet was "100% humor."

Fox really gets under Obama and Hilary's skin. How embarrassing. One is the president, and one wants to be. They're not made of much if a news organization can ruffle them that much.

Well Obama looked calm and attempted to address questions during the O'Reilly inquest. And Ms.Clinton is relaxed and joking. They don't seem ruffled to me. I know you want that but back here on Earth, it is not happening.

You failed to mention that all of congress had access to the data and the democrats still voted WITH the Bush administration! I'm sure you really didn't intend to forget that part!
