(CNN) - It's not the first time House Speaker John Boehner's name has been used to make a sophomoric sex joke, but it could be the most memorable.
The Ohio Republican's primary opponent, tea party-backed J.D. Winteregg, is using Boehner's name in a parody themed campaign ad, which accuses the longtime congressman of having "Electile Dysfunction."

The ad mimics commercials marketing drugs for male sexual dysfunction.
The ad says a daily dose of "Winteregg in Congress will help you every time the moment is right to have your voice heard at the federal level."
And Winteregg's ad doesn't stop with Boehner's name.
"Other signs of Electile Dysfunction may include extreme skin discoloration, the inability to punch oneself out of a wet paper bag, or maintain a spin in the face of liberal opposition," the narrator says. "If you have a Boehner lasting longer than 23 years, seek immediate medical attention."
Boehner has multiple challengers in the May 6 primary, including Winteregg, who has the backing of the Tea Party Leadership Fund PAC - but chances of beating the 12-term lawmaker are slim.
Boehner, presumably used to the well-worn digs at his name, has joked about it in the past.
Recently, after a reporter accidentally called him "Mr. Camp," he said, "It's boner. Boner."
Boehner's team represents Ohio's 8th Congressional district in the southwestern part of the state. His re-election team has said they're running a TV ad in the Cincinnati and Dayton to rev up the Republican base ahead of the election season.
CNN reached out to Boehner's office for comment on the ad.
