"The bear is loose," he said.
And now he’s modified his new-found catch phrase. At a town hall event in Minnesota on Thursday, he added for emphasis: "I'm feeling super loose today."

Washington (CNN) - Just 40% of Americans know which political party controls the Senate and the House of Representatives, according to a national poll.
A Pew Research Center survey released Thursday also indicates that about a third of the public can correctly name which party controls one of the two chambers of Congress, with 28% coming up completely empty.

(CNN) - Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is not currently the focus of an investigation into allegations of illegally coordinated fundraising efforts between the governor's campaign and outside conservative groups in the midst of a heated 2012 recall campaign, according to a statement released Thursday by a lawyer representing the special prosecutor heading the probe.
That probe is currently on hold, pending a legal challenge from the Wisconsin Club for Growth, one of the conservative groups in question.

Washington (CNN) – Hillary Clinton's new memoir "Hard Choices" experienced a 43% drop in sales in its second week on bookshelves, according to numbers from Nielsen BookScan.
After 85,721 copies of "Hard Choices" were purchased in the book's first week, 48,227 copies of the memoir sold in the second week, according to Nielsen numbers, which make up roughly 85% of all retail book sales and were provided to CNN by a publishing source.
WASHINGTON (CNN) - One day after focusing on lost e-mails at the IRS, the House Oversight Committee learned Wednesday that the Environmental Protection Agency is also having trouble recovering e-mails the committee wants as part of a separate investigation.
McCarthy: "There is a challenge"
EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy told the Republican-led committee that the agency cannot access some e-mails belonging to a biologist who worked on a controversial mining project assessment.
