Obama to take executive action on immigration
(CNN) - President Barack Obama said Monday he was starting "a new effort to fix as much of our immigration system as I can on my own, without Congress," adding that he directed his team to recommend steps he can take this summer and that he would then act on those steps "without delay."
Funny how the gop's making the loudest call to deport these kids pronto, while simultaneously claiming to be the best Christians ...
Cue the GOP/Teatrolls with their 100% demonstrably false meme of "he's not enforcing the laws...all we need is the existing laws enforced as written herpy derpy doo....."
Fact: they're just angry because these people are brown and vote for Dems when they become citizens. That's all it is. That's all it will ever be with the conservatives. Race-resentment and inbred generational anger over the Civil War, which they're still trying to win. They'll even look the other way on the race part of it tho as long as "they're one of the good ones" i.e., they vote for GOP and do as they're told.
Perfect. What better way to demonstrate to the American people the non-stop resistance that Pres. Obama has experienced from Republicans by them blocking his attempt to correct a problem that they have complained about for years? What better way could there possibly be to put the 'Party of No" on display?
They have demanded that he "enforce the laws on the books", and now Republicans have positioned themselves to block Pres. Obama from doing so. Who is the Republican strategist that keep painting Republicans into these corners that resemble Gordian Knots?

No one said that dead beat republicans were going to save $2500 a year. Yet the something for nothing crowd in the GOP refuses to pay their own way. ACA is about insuring Americans, not a retirement plan for GOBaggers.
Before we all read the Right-wingers' chant "He's a dictator1", I think it timely to put out a few facts:
First, the Senate has passed a perfectly rational attempt at Immigration reform that does not include "amnesty", and yet, Mr. Boehner won't even try to get a vote on it in the House. Mindless GOP obstruction in action.
Second, national polling seems to reveal (depending upon the poll) that a majority of Americans to the tune of 60-75% want Immigration reform. Yet, again, the GOP drags its feet, preferring politics over action.
Third, the GOP is perfectly will to raise funds on, complain about and declare immigration legal or otherwise to be a most serious issue, yet they offer no assistance, no bills, just loud squawking noises. (naturally FOX screams "invasion" other foolishness, and send the trolls to go forth with their anti-amnesty rants.
Finally- here's the chance for the Right to: A) step up to the plate and work on a solution, B) demonstrate leadership on what has become a humanitarian crisis, C) listen to the will of the American public and act accordingly. I am betting however they'll go with : D), Complain, lie, and whine about the President's position, demonize immigrants, demand fences, wall, moats and alligators, and obstruct, obstruct, obstruct. I wish I would be proven wrong.
Gentlemen- it is time to lead.
Action & solutions is what we want. If the POTUS needs to take executive action to get progress going, then so be it. We will know who to hold responsible for the partisan gridlock in Washington House Republicans.

It is clear the only "fix" we need is to impeach this leftist Hugo Chavez wannabee. Obama is looking for anything he can to distract from all of his failures, most of his own making.
First tighten all types of visas, overstayers, law breakers. Why not we restrict H1-B, L1, J1 visas. On visitor visas foreigners need to go back in six months, but overstating, not going home. India needs tightened. Go to Cary, NJ you see illegals there. Deport all these guys first till we resolve unemployment problem–be it IT or medicine. Job train American citizens first then talk.
Again?? hasn't he caused enough problems with the boarder already? this is what happens when the law is not enforced due to executive action to begin with and Obama sends a message to illegals to overrun the boarder and cause chaos. One of these days this country will wake up from this Nightmare! unfortunately it may be too late for this country though.

So the author believes that true to form a block of Americans will flock to the polls in order to protect their "free" stuff. Apparently this is now the only reason an American votes at all. What is in it for me. This is indeed a shame.
Instead of passing new laws, how about enforcing the ones on the books. That's certainly in the president's power and takes no further action from congress.
Impeaching Obama is the ONLY solution to this nations problems. This mini-dictator thinks he can do whatever he wants to do without regard to our elected representatives. Send this loser back to Chicago where he belongs. He is the worse thing to happen to this country EVER.

Please explain what President Obama did to cause parents of Central American kids to send their children to the United States- I must have missed that on the news. Meanwhile, it is oh-so-clear that if you don't want something fixed call the Republicans. 6 years of do-nothing whining. I'll put my money on the guy that DOES something.
I am laughing now. This is getting better all the time. He enlisted Holder to help him work through immigration issues and he is insisting based on this that the GOP rush through immigration reform – that's rich. He complains and whines like a petulant child about a problem he has created. If they give him anything other than securing the border at this point they know they have job security so we will see what happens. Either way based on Obama's history it will cost a lot money and do nothing but create more of a problem.
