Republicans to sue Obama over health law
(CNN) - House Republicans plan to sue President Barack Obama over the sweeping health care law he championed.
Speaker John Boehner said the suit will follow the argument Obama violated the Constitution by circumventing Congress and changing the law's employer mandate on his own.
Republicans shut down government at a cost of $24 billion, conducted witch hunts on Benghazi and the IRS at the cost of millions, conducted 54 votes to repeal ACA, over 30 attempts to eliminate women's reproductive rights, and now have found another way of wasting tax payer money to fire up their disgusting base. Boehner is the worst speaker of the house to put his speakership above the needs of all Americans.
Somewhere in the hills of Pakistan, Al Qaida is celebrating Boehner's idiocy and his lack of leadership.

Certainly hope the president files a counter suit to get back some of the 52 million wasted on votes to repeal ACA. The party of fiscal responsibility......what a joke. Are we up over a billion or two spent on useless investigations yet. Boehner and the rest need to thrown out of office and forced to repay these wasted funds...personally. Nothing but midterm game playing with tax payer money by dthe GOTP. Never seen such a disgusting group .
It's time for the American public to file a class action suit against Boehner and the Congressional Republicans. How much of our tax money are they willing to piss away in the name of idiotic stunts? $25 billion shutting the government down. How much on 50 plus pointless repeal the ACA votes? The extra money in interest costs a credit downgrade has cost us? Countless witchhunts. Now this.
Yes we got to stand up for the constitution . And we also must call out dictators for what they are ? And you are right it is a sad day for America . But this homegrown terror must be nipped and the mess cleaned up now .
Sue the law breaker dictator . Sue them all one man cant come up with all these oversteps in one lifetime .
Why? ACA is the Law. Nothing wrong with this. GOP is pretty much gone to dogs.
I can’t remember a more dysfunctional Republican house and I have been around for some time. Their only position has been to disallow any legislation to move forward that would make Obama look positive. They are a waste of the taxpayer’s
money.
The Republicans will not see the inside of the White House for a very long time.

Obviously, Mr. Boehner and the Republican Party have the welfare of the insurance companies in mind. The American people can be hanged if they get sick or have a catastrophic accident in between jobs or after a lay-off.
I can't believe that any literate individual would take Mr Boehner, and his Republican Party, seriously. It's no wonder the world laughs at Americans ... only the most foolish or illiterate among us ever would consider voting for these con-men.
My question is where is their replacement. I want to hear that first before the current law, which isn't perfect, repealed. Don't take away one thing until the replacement is reviewed.
While it might be justifiable to am extent it will go nowhere and is a waste of time. Stupid decision. All it does is give the left more fodder.

This has to be one of the biggest political ploys ever pulled on the people of the United States. The health care laws have already been passed by the highest court in the land, and the republicans keep spending money on laws that have already been passed. Cut out the theater, and lets get the country back to work.
Speaker Boehner is under lot of pressure for not being able to do his job . Here they go again which in reality is 55th attempt to repeal Affordable care Act . This in the aftermath of 54 failed attempts ,by GOP House majority . Notably , ACA now has over 9 million people enrolled for Health insurance , a majority are first time insured in Heath acre , and thousands are with preexisting conditions . This huge political stunt would fail with strong reaction against GOP at 2014 mid – term elections . Speaker feels guilty and his conscious and peer pressures have forced him in this box , for Law suit against President Obama . President has the least minimum and very limited authority to act upon , to provide relief to folks in a fix on a number of issues . " .. this is a political puppet show :" Speaker was not sure which Executive actions to challenge , as a political stunt ACA have been tried over and over again . The U. S. expects Congress to do their job !
What a joke , the GOP will anything to stop affordable healthcare .

How much longer is this foolishness going to go on? Boehner is making a mockery of our government and should be removed from office immediately. This Congress has done nothing for years and the American people have suffered because of his bigoted hatred of President Obama. Vote this man out in November.
Ah, yes, the political party that has used "eliminating frivolous lawsuits" to fix everything, will now hypocritically, and senselessly sue the President for doing exactly what they wanted and asked for.
There simply aren't enough bad words to describe how twisted and demented and hypocritical the GOP really has become- especially as the President's health care plan added 11 million people to the ranks of the insured, while the GOP still has no health plan for America.
Friends, in contesting the GOP we are having a battle of wits with un-armed opponents- and they aren't even smart enough to realize that!
I wish the Republicans would just stop wasting everyone's time. The president has absolute immunity from lawsuits for acts done in his official capacity. The Supreme Court said so. See Nixon v. Fitzgerald (1982). There are no exceptions.
