Dodging 2016 questions, Paul Ryan meets the press

Washington (CNN) - Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, chairman of the House Budget Committee, is known to glide through the hallways of Capitol Hill with headphones in his ears. It's a tactic he employs to avoid pesky reporters. But the Republican faced down a flurry of questions on Wednesday at a Christian Science Monitor breakfast with journalists.

The potential White House contender offered up his views on a range of topics, like climate change, immigration reform, and his newly-released plan to overhaul federal poverty programs.

Plutocrat Pauly has no chance of ever sitting in the Oval Office unless invited.

"we want to show that we are not going to take this sitting down."

Hard to be sitting down when you're already bent over to receive Koch.

Of course, he keeps a lid on himself. He's a gaffe machine. I love the gaffes that Ryan began making shortly after it was announced that Romney was nominating him as a running mate. Ryan doesn't trust himself to do off of the script and ad lib.

-After the CBO had graded the Ryan Budget as not balancing the annual budget deficit for at least 30 years, Ryan was asked about what the national debt would look like at that time. His answer was succinct, "I haven't run the numbers yet."

–On the campaign trail Ryan was "connecting" with the regular folks. He spoke of his college days and how working his way through college had taught him a strong work ethic. Hmm, so far, so good. The wheels came off when Ryan reminisced about working at McDonald's. He said that he waited tables and still remembers being fascinated by "the big 'Hobart' commercial dishwasher" that they had in the back somewhere.

Has anyone else ever seen a waiter at McDonald's? I've spoken to several folks who have worked there, or currently are working there. None of them are familiar with employees waiting on tables. Neither has any of them seen a 'Hobart" in their stores. Most of them had no idea what a 'Hobart" was. Everyone I spoke to was unanimous in saying that the few utensils that they do have at McDonald's are all washed by hand.

Once again Ryan pontificates- but offers no plan, no action, no detail.

Sorry GOP- leadership means more than simply whining and offering broad concepts. Maybe you guys need to do more homework, eh?

Dodging? More like no way will he ever be president. He hardly moved the twit scale in 2012.
This is the altar boy catholic whose family used government money after his father died and is now trying as hard as he can to make sure nobody else has that opportunity when it's most needed.
And to reiterate, those blue eyes look better on a Border Collie who is pound for pound more intelligent and responsive that you and your ilk put together.
I am laughing just remembering that picture of you with the hat backwards flexing a weight! Hilarious then and now!
