Rick Santorum set to travel to Israel
(CNN) - Rick Santorum is heading to Israel.
The former senator from Pennsylvania and 2012 presidential candidate leaves Sunday for a three-day trip with a delegation of conservative and religious leaders, according to his group, Patriot Voices.

His travel will likely further stoke speculation of his interest in another White House bid. The Middle East tends to be a popular travel spot for presidential candidates hoping to boost their foreign policy credentials.
According to a press release with details of the trip, Santorum will mostly be in Jerusalem and is set to visit an Iron Dome facility. He's also scheduled to meet with government and military leaders, as well as Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Ron Dermer.
The delegation includes Bob Vander Plaats, president of The Family Leader, a social conservative group in Iowa, and Foster Friess, a wealthy conservative donor who backed Santorum's 2012 presidential run.
In addition to Iowa, others in the delegation hail from South Carolina, Florida, Michigan, Alabama and Wyoming.

My two sons are grown men.
Educated in elite private high schools and colleges.
One's a CPA the other is a school admiistrator at a private middle school.
Very little down time so usually professionally attired. Their network of friends happens to be mostly White, btw, but no matter they have experienced these incidents.
We were once followed while driving my Mercedes to Ocean City by the Chief of the Fire Dept (or at least the jerk was driving the Chief's truck). I'd cut my hair very, very short so it probably looked to him like there were 3 males in this MB.
I switched lanes, he'd switch lanes. Left. Right. Left again until I pulled into the shoulder on the right. He drove past us but not after having taken a really good look at the driver...me.

Here it is two weeks later and I'm ready to once again repeat that trip.

I had checkup this morning. I'm good for another year, just as long as I don't try to lift anything too heavy. A lawn mower is too heavy, but I can probably discus hurl a lightweight like Santorum to Israel.

I'd say that he should stay there, but the Israelis have enough trouble with over zealous ideologues.
@Bob - Mr. Murray is not paying attention to the full facts of the case clearly. If you are an Arab in Israel, you get full rights if you are a citizen and can be a part of the government. If you are a Jew amongst the Arabs, you best be careful because you will likely be beaten and have no chance of being in the government.
Why would Israeli "government and military leaders" want to waste their time talking to a has been politician, they probably have other things to spend their time on. I guess as long as he is spending some one else's money, why not.
