Glenn Beck: Hillary Clinton 'will be the next president'

WASHINGTON (CNN) - Glenn Beck may not want to vote for Hillary Clinton, but he is convinced that she will win the presidency in 2016.

Beck, the conservative radio and television host, used part of his radio show on Tuesday to talk about the prospect of Clinton running for president and why, if she does, she "will be the next president of the United States."

Given Beck's track record on prognostication, Ms. Clinton, then will NOT be President.
Saying that however- he's right on a couple of points: The Clinton years were good years from the point of view of most Americans. The Bush years weren't -and the GOP has done nothing in the last 6 except shut down the government) of any merit- so they really have nothing to run on- and no one to run.
Where Beck is wrong is that Ms. Clinton will nor run as the return of William Jefferson Clinton- she'll be her own candidate.

-so his saying is a standard? It is a factum valet. Known news. Not at a surprise. Any one that has brain will say analyzing the current clowns of Republican trash pile. She will be the best president. I don't care, but we need to restrict all visas. Foreigners are invading this nation to rob the benefits of SS, Medicare. True. Congress needs to pass minimum wage hike, voter reform, immigration–these are the long hauling dues.

For once, he's right. The GOP really has nothing to offer: no ideas, no leadership, and no action. A party that defines itself by what its against, rather than what its for, is a party doomed to inaction and whining. We've already seen what they have accomplished: a series of meaningless votes that are designed to keep an increasingly disconnected base happy rather than uniting the country with an approach designed to appeal to a broader cross section of the nation. In other words, they are so petrified at the prospect of doing something that risks their House majority that they prefer to do nothing that has any chance of changing the status quo rather than risking the anger of an angry, frightened, shrinking base that sees any government action as an attack on their tenuous political position.

He may be correct about that. The question is does she really run or not. I don't think that the GOP really has a compelling message about where they will lead the country. It would be nice if there was a stronger set of smaller parties that could appeal to those that don't ft the major parties.

  8. Former republican, now an independent

This is what Glen Beck does. He makes statements based on zero factual data in hopes of stirring up his extremist conservative base. This same base of extremists are destroying my former party!

How can ANYBODY vote for the do NOTHING INCOMPETENT GOP for any public office. Six years of OBSTRUCTION and SABATAUGE of the economy and their 1900s agenda is enough to convince the MAJORITY of the American people that the GOP does nothing for our country and actually HURTS job creation and . repairs because they don't LIKE OBAMA. Well, Hess what???? The American people don't like the GOP even more and they will take a beating in November

The best way to keep the government in check is to have a Democrat for the President with the republicans in control of the congress or vice versa. When Bill was president the republicans had control of congress and things worked out well for all of us. (well, pretty much all of us)
Looks as if we may just very well be headed back to that same theme of the golden years, or what ever you want to call it. Working together is the only way that this country will get back to the greatness we once had. As long as Hillary can do what Bill did and cross the lines, I believe that we all might just have the feeling of calm again. That is a big maybe but we can only hope that this would come to pass.

-nonetheless it is a truth, she wins landslide majority which I have been saying, backing her. This guy is the one that promotes race issues in modern 21 st century of Electrinic era. I think "Entire republicans are bunch of nonsense", in fact these republican animals have no clue which direction nation is pointing. Now, this giant economy is definitely improving. Stocks are live proof. Push Energy savers. God bless!!!

Beck refers to the golden years of Bill Clinton's presidency. As opposed to the crap years of the Bush/republican reign of error? Republicans have no accomplishments besides unnecessary wars, government shutdowns, 9-11, the Great Recession, and record job loss. While that may appeal to the brain dead RWNJs, the majority of Americans know better.

What a joke; back to the Clintons. The American public has not forgotten that the first 2 years of the Bill Clinton presidency was a failure; things only got better when the Republicans took over the House and Senate lead by Newt Gingrich; there are the facts.

Hillary's decision to run likely will be impacted by the election results, the gop hates her as much as Obama. Her statement of running if she thinks she can make a change, which, with gop senate, simply won't happen. With a gop senate majority, the workers of this country will be attacked on every level, all to feed the wealthiest, and convince the weak minded that this is to their benefit, sad, but true. God truly help us if we can't come to terms with what the Republican plan really is. I just don't know how they continue to convince people, that the richest among us, need more money, and you giving yours to them, in the form of eliminating your social security, and Medicaid/Medicare, and pass the savings to them in the form of tax cuts, have you ever really asked yourself how that will work, doesn't seem like anything but paying their taxes for them, how does that help me, I don't need a job. And how is giving my rights as a worker away make my job better, it blows my mind how many buy into that nonsense, it doesn't make any sense, and no statistics back it up, quite the contrary .

I bet my bottom dollar, in USA, these old age crooked voters are the problem–they want WARS, free SS, Medicare. Drive these guys first, USA–you are so better off. Color has no room in electronic era. Build energy efficient homes, energy light bulbs, infrastructure, new Airports with Energy savers and tighten immigration–don't say we are democrats–say we are democratic Americans first. Improve lives of poor, needy, middle-class. Reform tax code. God bless!!!!

It must be said, give us your best madam president, too funny! Its not the Democrats fault the gop has literally no one, poll suggested that nearly 80% said they would never vote for another bush, thank God for that much.

Dar you are correct. When clinton was potus and gop control of congress things went great. Now what happend when dems took control in 2006? Hmmm something called the great reccesion. Like bush said 'congress is like a teenager with their first credit card'. Time to wake up people, the democrats do nothing but lie and cover their tracks. The most dangerous thing to freedom is a liberal with power!!

The real Republican party is becoming obsolete because of the Tea party Radicals. they are so very sure of their wins in November that hopefully the Women, and Minorities in this country will be able to change those hopes in November. Folks really must get out there and vote regardless of how difficult these yahoos make it for the Voters who they will try to disenfranchise come November. Don't let them take your VOTE away America! Fight to have your voice heard by voting come hell, or high water! Hopefully we will be able to surprise these do nothings ruining this Nation!

Hmm, some peeps have some memory issues. Beck was all over GWB during his two terms as potus. Clinton will win because she`ll lock in the Independent voter block and the GOP really doesn`t have a strong candidate.

Regarding the election, well, as you rwnj like to point out, the minorities love their free stuff, and keep a death grip on it, now your trying to take their vote, and what will you get in return, the highest voter turn out in a long time, thanks. Oh and tell us again the Republican plan, bankrupt state after state, and give the money to the rich, we seen it already, look at Christie and his actions in New Jersey, and how's that working for them, its not.
