Foley killer featured in Republican campaign ad
(CNN) — The masked man appears briefly, for only a frame or two, but it’s startling nonetheless.
The not-yet-identified killer of kidnapped American photographer James Foley is featured in an ominous and risky campaign ad released Monday by New Mexico’s Republican nominee for Senate, Allen Weh, the underdog challenger to first-term Democratic Senator Tom Udall.
Stewart Udall dies
(CNN) - Stewart Udall, the last surviving member of John F. Kennedy's presidential cabinet, died Saturday of natural causes, according to a statement released by the Udall family. He was 90 years old.
Udall served as the Interior Secretary for Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson from 1961-1969. Before that, he represented Arizona's second congressional district for four terms in the House of Representatives.
Stewart Udall is the father of New Mexico Sen. Tom Udall and the son of former Arizona Supreme Court Justice Levi Udall.
